WHAT WE COLLECT
That can include your name, email, shipping details, order and product choices, support messages, device and security data, and anything you choose to say or type to Kumichan.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. Kumichan does not receive or store your full card number.
VOICE + AI
When you use voice or chat, your audio, transcript, message, and page context may be processed by ElevenLabs and our AI providers so Kumichan can respond and perform actions you request. Do not share passwords, card numbers, health records, or secrets with the assistant.
WHO HELPS
We use service providers for hosting, databases, payments, fulfillment, AI, voice, email, security, and site operations. This currently includes Render, Supabase, Stripe, Printful, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and OpenRouter. They process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
YOUR CHOICES
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping duties. You can also avoid the voice assistant and shop normally.
