Production and delivery estimates appear during checkout. They are estimates, not time-machine promises. Weekends, holidays, carrier trouble, weather, and customs can slow things down.

If a serious delay changes the deal, contact us. When the law gives you a cancellation or refund right, we will honor it.

TRACKING

FOLLOW THE PORTAL.

When tracking is available, it goes to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take a little time to wake up after a label is created.

Check the shipping address before paying. If it is wrong, contact us fast. Once production or shipping starts, an address change may not be possible.

BORDERS

CUSTOMS GETS WEIRD.

International orders may have customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are not included unless checkout clearly says they are.
